Jaguar mark IX, 1959.
Rien ne distingue une Mk IX de la précédente Mk VIII, hormis les dernières sorties portant des feux arrière agrandis.
Et comme rien ne distinguait une Mk VIII d'une Mk VII sauf le jonc chromé ondulant sur le flanc, on voit que le père Lyons ne se fatiguait ps trop !
Cela dit, de nombreuses améliorations mécaniques justifiaient le changement de modèles, sur la Mk IX : nouvelle culasse et freins à disque.
